STUDIO
The process starts from the studio of the design team that offers a creative research for the client.
We add value to our customers inhouse design teams and enhance their product while keeping true to their brand identity.
DEVELOPMENT
Our Technical team ensures that samples are created and developed according to customers’ product required specification, giving them the possibility to follow all the steps of the realization.
RESEARCH
Our core capability is an highly specialized technical research as we believe that it is the foundation of any idea. Our team works closely with partners in different locations sourcing and developing the latest yarns and knitting techniques ahead of the market.
QUALITY & CONTROL
The Quality Control Team can provide to our partners high transparency measuring the quality of each order, monitoring continuously all the quality standards requested, getting also the certifications needed.
EXCELLENENCE MADE IN ITALY MANUFACTURING
Our KNITTING DEPARTMENT has SHIMA SEIKI and SOLL machines from 3 to 14 gauges, located in an open space close to the design office, in contact with the product development team.
In the LINKING SECTION we have a team of artisans dedicated to the creation of premium quality garments
WASHING and FINISHING are made internally with advanced equipments.
Monthly production capacity is 1000 units.
INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION AND KNOW HOW SHARING IN MED ZONE AND ASIA
We have external production partners in ROMANIA, BULGARIA and TUNISIA, all of them vertically integrated and aligned with Diana Studio standards, and policy & sustainability requirements.
Our production portfolio has been established also in BANGLADESH, where we have a design studio and technical team that works closely to our Italian team, in a looking forward production unit that has the purpose to develop the knitting knowledge in the country
