Returns are accepted within 10 working days of receiving the order. It is possible to make a return or an item exchange through our easy and immediate system. Log in to your account, under “My orders” select the order number that contains the items you want to return. CClick the “CREATE A RETURN / EXCHANGE” button and indicate the reason for which you want to make the return shipment. If an item is faulty please indicate the problem you are experiencing in more detail. A returns number will be generated for use in your return request. If you want to exchange an item because the size is not appropriate, choose the replacement size. No additional costs are applied in the case of a size change, however all replacements are to be considered only based on our warehouse availability. The shipping of the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer and if this takes place outside Italy, any customs duties or taxes will remain the responsibility of the customer. Goods are classed as faulty if they are received damaged, or when a manufacturing defect occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty. We also inform you that the objects are shipped every time after our quality control. Where possible we will repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your faulty item, please be aware that we can only exchange for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that an image on any user’s monitor will be completely accurate. All items are high quality and are checked for any defects before they are sent out to customers.
